Fiesta de santo Tomás, apóstol, que cuando los otros discípulos le anunciaron que Jesús había resucitado, no lo creyó, pero cuando Jesús le mostró su costado traspasado por la lanza, exclamó: «Señor mío y Dios mío». Es tradición que evangelizó los pueblos de la India, transmitiéndoles la fe que él había recibido (s. I).
